Volleyball Town is a Canadian volleyball store with equipment for every level, from school and club players to competitive athletes. Find addresses and hours on our contact page.

We carry the brands volleyball players trust: Mizuno and ASICS for court shoes, Mikasa and Baden for indoor and beach balls, McDavid for kneepads and protection, plus Nike and adidas for shoes and apparel.

Choose volleyball shoes rather than running shoes: they have a gum rubber outsole for grip on gym floors and better lateral support for quick changes of direction. Hitters and blockers usually prefer more cushioning for repeated jumps, while setters and liberos often choose lighter, more responsive shoes. Make sure the fit is snug at the heel with a little room at the toes.

Pick the ball for where you play. Indoor volleyballs have a firmer leather or synthetic cover for gym play, while beach volleyballs are slightly larger and softer, with a water-resistant cover made for sand and outdoor conditions. For games and tournaments, check which official ball your league, school or club uses.

Kneepads are strongly recommended for indoor volleyball, especially for defensive players who dive and dig often. They protect your knees on hard gym floors and help you play with more confidence. Browse our kneepads and the rest of our protection collection to find the right fit and level of padding.
